How to create Project archive without baselines using DXL

All the DXL perms in the DXL guide (DOORS 8.3) involve archiving with baselines included (the 4th version allows excluding baselines, but it's for modules only). Does anyone know the syntax for creating an archive of a Project but without any baselines?

Its clearasabell in the manual:
